Terms
Effective: 2026-05-18
By signing up for the ElevatorIQ waitlist or using the beta, you agree to the terms on this page.
What ElevatorIQ is
ElevatorIQ helps facilities teams read elevator contracts, proposals, and invoices the way a seasoned elevator consultant would — explaining what's covered, what's fair, and what to push back on.
Beta carveouts
ElevatorIQ is in private beta. While it's in beta:
- It's free. We're not charging for the beta.
- There's no service-level agreement. We'll do our best to keep it running, but we don't promise uptime.
- We can change features without notice.
- We can end the beta at any time.
- Don't store anything in ElevatorIQ that you can't afford to lose. We rely on Supabase's standard backups; we don't run a separate disaster-recovery program during beta.
Paid plans are planned for general launch (v1.5).
Use of the service
You agree not to:
- Try to break into other tenants' data, the database, or the API.
- Upload documents you don't have the right to share.
- Use the service to harass anyone or send spam.
Termination
We can terminate your access at any time, with or without reason, especially during beta. If you want to terminate your own account, email legal@elevatoriq.app and we'll delete your data per the Privacy notice.
No warranty
ElevatorIQ is provided "as is" during beta. The analysis it produces is informational. It is not legal, financial, or engineering advice. Decisions about elevator contracts, repairs, and invoices remain yours.
