ElevatorIQ collects only what it needs to put you on the waitlist and let you into the beta when a slot opens. This page tells you exactly what that is, who handles it on our behalf, and how to get it deleted.
What we collect
When you sign up for the waitlist, we collect:
- Your email address.
- A hashed fingerprint of your IP address. We run your IP through a one-way hash with a private salt, store the hash, and discard the original IP. The hash lets us spot abuse without keeping anything that identifies you personally.
- A timestamp of when you signed up.
- A timestamp of when you confirmed your email.
That's it. We don't ask for your name, company, role, or phone number until you're actually in the beta.
Who handles your data
We use three vendors to run ElevatorIQ. Each one only sees the data it needs to do its job.
- Vercel hosts the website you're reading and routes web traffic to it. Vercel sees the request that loaded this page; it does not see your waitlist record.
- Supabase runs the database where your waitlist email lives. Only our server code, using a secret service key, can write to or read that table — even our own browser-facing code can't.
- Loops.so handles outbound email — the confirmation email you got, the welcome email when you're in, and the monthly build-progress update.
We don't share your data with anyone else.
How long we keep it
We keep your waitlist record until you're either invited to the beta and accept, or you ask us to delete it. If you neither confirm your email nor reply when invited, we delete your record after 12 months.
Your rights
You can ask us to:
- Show you what we have on file.
- Delete your record.
- Stop sending you email.
Email privacy@elevatoriq.app with any of those requests. We'll act on it within 30 days. If you're in the EU or UK, you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
